Christmas is a season for kindness, a time to offer a fresh message of hope and love from Our Lord Jesus Christ.
As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, many people continue to live isolated from friends, family and community; often struggling with financial distress, poor health, job uncertainty and bereavement.
Love Christmas brings change by drawing people together to give, pack, deliver and share ‘Bags of Kindness’ with each other. It strengthens personal connections in communities across the UK and lets people know we are with them, and they are not alone.
Love Christmas is a national initiative, growing through a network of thousands of churches and other local organisations, connecting people of all faiths and none.

Thanks to your Generosity of Spirit and your Big Hearts, we have been able to offer 166 Bags of Kindness to our Local Community Outreach, Refugees, Hope Hub, Local Schools and some of our nominated Parishioners.
We have been so blessed to have so many willing volunteers to help sort and pack your wonderful donations and to deliver them to those people who are in our hearts and our prayers this Christmas.
Once again, a Big Thank You to you all.
These pictures are of donations going to the schools and refugees

Please remember not to pack your gift(s) and to bring it/them to church by 5th December. Let’s all help spread God’s Love this Christmas by giving a Bag of Kindness to our neighbours.
Any questions? Contact the Parish Office : camberleyandbagshot@abdiocese.org.uk

Please join us for an hour or two packing and wrapping these wonderful Bags of Kindness on Thursday 9th December 2pm - 8pm or Friday 10th December 9am - 5pm.
We will be packing at St Tarcisius' Church Hall and there will be light refreshments available.
Please contact the Parish Office to book your time slot:
camberleyandbagshot@abdiocese.org.uk
Please note that it's important that you "book in" so that we can ensure there is sufficient table space and accessories for packing, and that we have enough refreshments.
If possible, can you bring their own scissors? We will put out a table for each of you so we are not too crowded.
